Dashboard Warning Light Diagnostics

WHAT IS IT

When a warning light comes on in your car, it is an indication that your car’s diagnostic system has detected a problem. This problem could range from low fuel to a brake pad warning. It can also be a letting you know that your turn signals are on!

There are three categories of warning lights. A red light means that you should stop driving as soon as it is safe to do so and have your car checked by a professional. A yellow light means that, while action is required, it is not needed immediately. A green light is for information only.

Any issue detected will have a code attached to it and this code will be stored in the system’s memory for your Master Mechanic to retrieve.

WHY DO IT

If the reason for a light on your dashboard to become activated, and it’s not a simple, easily identifiable issue, like windshield washer fluid is low, then for your safety, and the safety of your passengers, it is always good to have the problem professionally diagnosed.

HOW IT’S SERVICED

Using a scanning device to retrieve the code, your Master Mechanic technician will be able to identify the problem and provide you with options for fixing it.
