I'm not really sure about the previous reviews about Master Mechanic Yorkdale, but my experiences there have always been amazing. Last winter I purchased winter tires and I have absolutely zero problems with regards to the pricing or customer service with them. Especially being a female customer, I have always felt wary about dealing with any auto repair shops, but at Master Mechanic Yorkdale I feel respected and not at all like I'm being taken advantage of. As for the other comments and reviews, those people obviously feel that spending money to make sure their car is taken care of properly and safe for the road is not their main concern. Getting a deal is all they care about. I'll just say, if you want a cheap price...you will get a cheap job. Believe me I have had many experiences. Also, I don't understand why customers with a "high end" car wouldn't want the best mechanics to look after their investment. Personally speaking, I have been frequenting Master Mechanic Yorkdale for many years and have always had a great experience. Repairs get done quickly, properly, and at the best price possible, but mainly I know that when I leave my vehicle there it will be taken care of. That's what I care about most. It was the best thing I did...they have kept my 16 year old LX470 driving like a dream. "My Honda CRV needed some emergency care recently - My rear break pads were shot and my exhaust pipe had completely broken off. Took my car to Tony (first time I've been here) and within minutes, he made me feel like I had come to the right place. His experience and care for his work became evident right away. Within a couple of hours, Tony made sure that my whole braking system was good as new again and he even had my exhaust pipe welded at a discount. I live about an hour outside of Toronto - Without Tony's help that day, I'm not sure what I would have done and how I would have made it back home safely. I highly recommend this shop! "After years of having previous cars serviced where I could also purchase lawn furniture, hockey equipment, plants and dish soap, I was determined to find a business focused on servicing vehicles only and you could make an appointment. My choice was Master Mechanic Yorkdale, and did I pick the right place even though it is not in my neighbourhood. After a year, I cannot express how thankful and satisfied I have been with Tony Siciliano and his staff. When I get a call on what should be done, I no longer get a follow up call telling me that while working on my car they also found another issue?�_ Tony calls with a prioritized checklist of what should be done, what has to be addressed sooner rather than later, and a quote that is accurate. The work is done, and done right the first time. Added feature to this location is a full service car washing and polishing, also offering rust proofing which I have also taken advantage of. One stop car servicing with people you can trust and rely on time after time."
