"Recently while in the process of planning a family trip, our 2006 Jeep began making odd noises under the hood. Being new to the area we were unsure where to take our vehicle for a repair. We’d heard people at work speak highly of Master Mechanic so we called the Whitby store on Brock Street. We were told to bring the vehicle in immediately as it was beginning to overheat. The Manager met my wife personally and looked over the vehicle. The water pump had failed. It was 3:00 in the afternoon and we were leaving early the next morning. A pump was ordered and by 4:45 the Jeep was back on the road and ready to go. The service received was above and beyond anything we have previously experienced at a garage.
