"I brought my 1994 Concorde sedan to the Matheson location yesterday to have two new tires put on and a front end alignment. The placing of the tires was straight forward but the alignment proved to be quite an issue. Nonetheless, the staff worked mightily to complete the work despite the necessity of going a full hour past closing time of 6:00p.m. I was assured that Master Mechanic would make sure the job was completed safely and correctly to my satisfaction. I have no reason to doubt that was the ultimate outcome.
