Great service and experience.

I highly recommend Jeff Ball and his Aurora Master Mechanic shop. I was referred to Jeff by my son when a major Toronto dealership insisted I needed arm controls replaced before they would do an alignment on a new set of tires I had just purchased. I needed someone I could trust who could give me a second opinion. The drive from North York to Aurora was well worth it. Jeff took me into the shop and showed me exactly where the slight wear was on the bushings and explained precisely why there was no imminent need to do this work. Jeff’s mechanic then did the alignment and the car runs smoothly and perfectly. It is very reassuring to have a shop such as Jeff’s where you’re going to be treated honestly and with courtesy, fairness and respect. Jeff is a straight shooter and I could tell by the interaction of all customers who came in that he was held in high esteem and trust by everyone. I wanted to thank you for looking after my car and taking care of what needed to be done so quickly. As there was never any service done on the timing belt, we’ll have to schedule something for when a have a few extra shingles!
