In order to remain at the top of our game with the latest in automotive technology, we focus heavily on our commitment to TRAINING. The foundation of our Technical Excellence Program is our ASSESSMENT module which measures the technical ability of every technician at Master Mechanic. It is this ASSESSMENT component which identifies the specific skill gaps of each tecnician and then designs an individual TRAINING program to target those areas requiring improvement. Technicians are then re-ASSESSED, targetted TRAINING is redeveloped and the training cycle repeats itself. It is this continuous TRAINING regiment which will create the competitive edge to effectively service our clients' vehicles.
