I just wanted to express my sincere thanks to you and your staff for getting my car back into great condition mechanically. Finally, last night, the insurance company admitted fault for releasing my car in mechanically unfit condition. It has been a long arduous process, but without you guys at my side with my car I am not sure what I would have done. I rarely take the time to send an email regarding customer service but I am so pleased with the service and workmanship I experienced at Master Mechanic that I feel compelled to write. I was having difficulties with my previous mechanic. Wrong diagnosis and billing what the traffic would bear. I believe Master Mechanic’s rate is a little higher than my previous mechanics but the money is saved by being efficient and correct in diagnostics. My most recent experience involved replacement of u-joints and a bearing on the drive shaft. Master Mechanic was able to save me over $3000 by having the part rebuilt. That’s impressive. I brought my 1994 Concorde sedan to the Matheson location yesterday to have two new tires put on and a front end alignment. The placing of the tires was straight forward but the alignment proved to be quite an issue. Nonetheless, the staff worked mightily to complete the work despite the necessity of going a full hour past closing time of 6:00p.m. I was assured that Master Mechanic would make sure the job was completed safely and correctly to my satisfaction. I have no reason to doubt that was the ultimate outcome. I would like to commend Craig for his reassurances and also the technician, Dario, who laboured so hard for the stressful completion of the task in hand. Please pass along my compliments to these two fine members of your organization who have set a very high watermark of professionalism and customer relations.

My wife and I have brought both of our vehicles to the Matheson location for about 4 years for our routine maintenance, and have always been very happy with both the customer service and quality of work we have received. Most of our dealings there have been with Keith, who has without exception been very friendly and helpful. Recently, in late February, I was traveling in Alberta for work and my wife's car literally died on the side of Eglinton Ave. After getting her car to this store your staff there ensured she got home alright, and went to great effort to communicate with both her, and myself in Alberta, the extent of problems with the engine and our available options. Without pushing any specific options, Jim clearly explained the pros & cons of all of our options, and answered the questions I had to ensure that I was comfortable and confident in the decision making process. With my very limited knowledge of car engines I found this to be invaluable. To make a long story short we needed to replace the engine for our 2005 Subaru Forester. Our Subaru now runs like new, and it gives me great confidence to know that Jim treated the car that my wife drives everyday like it was his own. The attention to detail and care for the customer is becoming more and more rare in all industries, let alone in automotive repair. My personal experience is that in most cases people will only make an effort to express negative thoughts, and I felt it was only fair to take the time and let you know how happy we were with our experience.
We will be making sure that any family and friends in need of repair work know of our experience, and we'll actively encourage them to visit Master Mechanic.

I want to than you, Jim, for your advising me to go to the dealership about warranty on my 2003 Chevy Silverado. You were right...it was the catalytic converter and the emissions warranty covered it. Thanks again for your honesty.

We were worried, didn’t know what the recurring problem was and didn’t know the next step to take. You were so kind and extremely helpful. I can’t thank you enough for all the time you spent helping is determine the problem and then taking the extra step in contacting Toyota yourself to explain the issue and ensure it was covered under warranty.
