I did want to let you know that Mark, Dustin and the rest of the guys at Master Mechanic will always have my business and I do not hesitate to recommend them to my friends. Last Fall, My 2001 Chevy Tahoe’s air conditioner condenser decided that it had enough. Mark fixed the problem and brought it back to life. As the repair was late in the Fall, I didn’t use the AC again until late April when the weather got warm. You guessed it…the AC would not work. While my car was in at MM to have my summer tires put back on plus my normal maintenance (we follow the GM manual), I had thoughts that most people have…Where did I put the receipt? How long would the warranty be good for? Should I roll up my sleeves on the way in or wait until they give me the bad news? I am sure happy that I didn’t embarrass myself on the way in! Mark, Dustin and John were most concerned about finding the problem and getting it fixed. I know it wasn’t their fault and I understand they invested considerable time in making it right. It is so refreshing to see a company that stands behind their work. It is a wonder that I have to book my appointments a week in advance because they are so busy. These guys really know what customer service is all about. Thanks for being a part of a company that cares.

It is with great pleasure that I write to you regarding the service I received this morning at the Kitchener Master Mechanic. I am the owner of a 2008 Dodge Avenger, which repeatedly stalled at intersections this morning. I called the local dealership and was told that they could only get my car in toward the end of the day. Unfortunately, this was unacceptable as I was due in Toronto at 2:00PM and could not be delayed. So I contacted Master Mechanic and was greeted by Joe, who advised that they would be able to look into the problem right away. He proceeded to fully explain the problem and provided a cost effective solution. I am very pleased to advise that my car is running great again and I was able to attend my scheduled meeting due to Master Mechanic. I am not from Kitchener, have not had any dealings with particular shop or Master Mechanic as a whole; however, I will keep their service team in mind for any future car care needs. To Joe and his staff, thank you very much for your assistance.

Just wanted to tell you of the great service I received at your location at 2292 Dundas St W. They repaired the ignition switch on my wife’s caravan rather than automatically replacing it like I’m sure the local Chrysler dealership (I have dealt with) would have done. Debbie was very pleasant to deal with and she called the next day to see if everything was alright which floored me as after 10 years of dealing with the Chrysler dealer we have never received a follow-up call (after spending thousands of dollars on service and the purchase of 2 vehicles). Because of our favourable experience I will be having Master Mechanic service both of my cars from now on and will be glad to refer you to friends, family and my clients.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the excellent service I received from your company. As you know, I had my 2000 Ford Explorer in to another shop to look after the “noises” in my front end. $2,000 later and they did not fix the problem. Your mechanics identified the problem, quoted accurately and resolved not only the front end noise issue, but also fixed what the other shop had done incorrectly and performed an overall service on my truck. I am happy to report I put 70o kms on the truck yesterday and it felt wonderful to drive. It is refreshing to find a company like Master Mechanic who can properly service my vehicles.
