Therefore I consider myself fortunate to be only a few blocks away from Allan, Dan and the rest of the guys. Recently my aging pickup encountered clutch failure while heading away on vacation…Dan found us a loaner vehicle and saved our otherwise doomed holiday. "During the past few months, my family and I have had a few occasions to visit Master Mechanic Eglinton, with very positive experiences. Firstly, while heading out on vacation, our car died leaving us stranded. John quickly diagnosed a faulty battery and we were back on the road. Secondly, my 82 year old father-in-law suffered damage to his ignition wiring caused by animals chewing on the wiring harness. One option was to replace the entire harness for thousands of dollars. Alternatively, in a manner that was sensitive and understanding toward my father-in-law, John spent countless hours searching for a hard-to-find replacement component, eventually finding it in Detroit and had the job done for a fraction of the original estimate. The professionalism demonstrated by John and his team reflects most positively on the Master Mechanic organization and in particular the one at 2906 Eglinton Ave. Please convey our gratitude to John and his staff for a job well done."

"This morning on my way to work I unfortunately ran over a bungee cord which pierced my tire. I happened to pull over to a parking lot and right there was a MM. I frantically called my husband to come and put my spare on so I could get to work. When he pulled in, he mentioned the MM and said he would see if they could fix the tire. My response to him was that they wouldn’t take us right away and it would cost a fortune! Well was I wrong...Brian and Gord provided the best customer service I have ever encountered. They took my vehicle in immediately and the cost was very reasonable. I was in and out in half an hour and on my way to work. Being in the customer service business myself, I was very impressed. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to anyone who will listen."

"Too often people look at the negative and forget about the good things that are done for them. Let me tell you a story about one of the good people, Frank at the MM Dupont store. Last Friday my 18 year old son’s car broke down near the MM store. The next morning I phoned Frank, never having been there before and he took care of us right away. But here is the really good part...I live in Brampton, quite a hike from the Dupont store. Frank fixed the car at a fair price and drove the car to my house in Brampton...unbelievable! I know frank lives in Brampton, but he did not have to do that. Again, amazing service. Please recognize Frank for his supreme effort...MM now has a new customer for a very long time."

"I just wanted to tell you of my experience at your Heart Lake store. I needed to have 3 or 4 things serviced on my 1999 Honda before trading it in on a new car. Having zero trust in the Honda dealership, I took a chance with Master Mechanic. From my first conversation with the Service Manager, George, to the time I picked up my car, I was impressed by the entire process. George explained exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I feared the worst based on my past experience with the dealership. Instead...I got an honest solution to my problem. I was able to have everything repaired honestly and at a fair price. Having said that, this will not be a one-time visit to MM as both my wife’s car and my new car will be serviced at MM. I would also highly recommend MM to anyone who brings up auto servicing. Thanks to George and his crew for making a hot, humid Saturday a refreshing day!"
