"I just had a call from Bryan at the Master Mechanic on Fisherman Drive inquiring how my experience was on Friday, having just taken my car there for the first time. I'm shopping for a new mechanic as the people at the Chrysler dealership tried to rip me off. What I've seen so far from Master Mechanic, I like. Problems that went undiagnosed by Chrysler for over 6 months were repaired by Master Mechanic on the first visit and I hear and feel a difference in the car. Bryan on the front desk, was helpful, courteous and responded to my inquiries timely! I even pushed my luck and asked for a pick-up at the end of the day and got one by the owner of the shop! I like the philosophy of maintaining the car to prevent emergency repairs. So far I like what I see…I'll keep coming back."
"I just wanted to share a quick story that happened to my wife this past Friday afternoon. She was out shopping on her lunch brake when she called me all cold and shivering saying her car won't start. I work in Beamsville she works in Oakville. She asked a Good Samaritan to help, he gave the car a boast but still it would not start. So I left work early and tried to boast the car myself and the same thing, it wouldn’t start. The Good Samaritan just happened to be coming out of a store and my wife told me this was the man that had tried to help. I thanked him for his efforts and he told us there was a garage in the next outlet mall on the other side of the road. We got the car toed over, this was around 4:30 and the garage closes at 5:00. The owner got the car in right away, came out 10 minutes later and told us no big deal it was just a shorted wire and within an hour the car was fixed. The garage owned began to make up the invoice and asked me how much the toe truck company charged us. I told him $52.00 he then smiled and handed me the invoice that had a total of $0.00 and said Merry Christmas. I then insisted to pay him something for there efforts but he would not accept. There are still a lot of good honest people out there. They could of dinged us for a couple of hundred dollars, if they wanted and we would have never known. I just wanted to say thanks to Rich at Master Mechanic in Oakville. Merry Christmas my friend!"
"In 2003 we moved back to Ontario and were in need of a mechanic. I was referred to Jason at Master Mechanic in Alliston by a local company who took their personal and company vehicles to him as he was the most reliable, hardworking and honest mechanic in town. From the start, Jason and Rob have helped us out of some pretty interesting situations and always handled me with the utmost care and respect. From the smallest of repairs such as helping out with a licence plate screw to the more serious engine work, Jason and rob have always provided me the best of service. I wasn’t sure who to tell at Head Office…but someone must know that Jason has a well oiled team and I am thankful that I can go there with the assurance that the work will be done just as they say it will. "I first went to the Dupont location several years ago in the hope that I would find a reliable and fair mechanic…looking after cars and trucks seems like a difficult business and I was wary of the “neighbourhood’ garage. Instead, I found Frank, whose enjoyment seems to come from serving the neighbourhood and establishing a solid relationship with his clients. I have 6 vehicles off warranty that range from classic antiques to functional work vehicles and I now rely on frank for solid advise and competent dependable repairs and service. Whether it’s a modest problem with a starter, a more serious issue or just a chance to get new tires, Frank has always provided me with exceptional service at a fair price. In fact, I don’t take any of my vehicles anywhere else. MM should be proud of Frank as an ambassador of the brand and Frank should be prod of himself and his team for serving the community so well.
