I wanted to take the opportunity to commend the staff at your Markville location. Today while driving I had the misfortune of having my alternator fail. Being an outside sales rep I'm often on the road and not being from Markham searched for the nearest Canadian Tire for assistance. Thankfully my GPS has not been updated and it led me to where their store used to be which is now one of your locations. The staff at this location are amazing! My vehicle was brought into a bay immediately, the problem was diagnosed, the part ordered and received in what seemed to be minutes. After about 45 minutes into the work Joe approached me and explained that the work would be a bit longer than expected putting the staff out since it was already 5pm. I explained I really needed my vehicle that day and I didn't really have an alternative, had to be elsewhere the rest of the week and wouldn't be able to return. "no problem" he said and promptly went back into the bay to inform the staff of the situation and they carried on without any disappointment to having they're already long day extended. All I can say is thank you to the staff in Markham. You have saved the day. Customer service is exceptional and I honestly feel that although I live at the other end of Toronto Joe and is staff will see me again. I have found my new mechanic!

I am a somewhat demanding consumer who doesn’t hesitate to voice his complaints. So while not given to making testimonials, I do feel that truly superior service, which is very rare these days, should be recognized. This is the case with Patrick Minutillo’s Richmond Hill Master Mechanic operation. After going to another garage for many, many years, I switched to Patrick. The reasons are many: Honesty; prompt scheduling; courteous service; providing information to allow for making informed choices; leaving the vehicle clean; providing a “make good” for unforeseen delays or problems; roadside assistance when CAA wait times were long; occasional pick up and drop off; and showing his appreciation for loyalty. I trust Patrick not only with my work van but also with my Cadillac DTS. I highly recommend Richmond Hill Master Mechanic.

This is the second time that I have contacted your organization regarding Paul Mercer and his staff at the Master Mechanic location at 2 Fisherman Drive in Brampton. The first time was several months ago when I had a problem with my wife's 1995 Corsica and needed it towed into their shop. I had called ahead to let them know I was coming and when I arrived with the tow unit, there was already a space created for me and my car was immediately moved inside. It was only a short time later that I was on my way with the proper repairs completed. Just recently, my 2002 Ford Windstar quit on the highway and again I had my vehicle towed to their location. As previously, I called ahead to let them know I was coming and again there was an open bay for me when I arrived. After some testing, it was determined that my alternator needed to be replaced and I naturally okayed the repairs. Unknown to myself and, based on his knowledge and experience, the Service Manager, Bryan, had already ordered the replacement part and it arrived prior to the old one being removed. Again the repairs were made in a short time and I was back on the road. Paul and all his staff are always there for me and it is a distinct pleasure to have them as my safety factor when I need help. Over the years, they have actually become friends as well as my fix it people. They deserve a huge pat on the back.
