I have just completed your survey online but felt it was impersonal so I would like to make further comments. I have been taking my cars to the Peterborough shop for about seven years after a referral from a friend. The manager, Randy, has always been very professional and friendly. He has always done the work that is required and has never attempted to talk me into getting unnecessary work done. I have the utmost confidence in him and great respect for his work ethics. Very rare attributes in this day. He and his staff are a credit to Master Mechanic. I will continue to be a client and refer people to your shops. Well done!
I rarely take the time to send an email regarding customer service but I am so pleased with the service and workmanship I experienced at Master Mechanic that I feel compelled to write. I was having difficulties with my previous mechanic. Wrong diagnosis and billing what the traffic would bear. I believe Master Mechanic’s rate is a little higher than my previous mechanics but the money is saved by being efficient and correct in diagnostics. My most recent experience involved replacement of u-joints and a bearing on the drive shaft. Master Mechanic was able to save me over $3000 by having the part rebuilt. That’s impressive. On several occasions, I have done business with Master Mechanic Yorkdale for vehicle repairs while in town. This is just a note to let you know how extremely pleased I was with the services I received at the facility. Both Tony and Rui were especially helpful and always very accommodating; especially since I do not live in Toronto, but in the western New York area. In this day and age, good customer service along with honesty and integrity are often difficult to find, and I feel it is important that they be recognized for phenomenal customer service and the workmanship they provide. Keep up the excellent work.
I wanted to take the time to send this letter with a sincere thank you for all your dedication and help in the past with our 2 cars and the various issued we have encountered. Whether it has been a last minute or scheduled appointment you have always managed to be there for me and my husband and our 2 cars. Having a Cadillac and a Mercedes you can imagine the appreciation we have to you both for your expertise and that you take care of our cars as if they were your own. You provide friendly, dedicated services and honesty that I have not seen in a long time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. As in the past, being a woman, I have been untreated by various mechanics or owners who think you know nothing because you are just a woman or over-charge you and repair things that don’t need to be done. I have to say having you guys on speed dial on my Blackberry is a blessing and I thank you again for all your hard work with service and quality you provide.
I was at Yorkdale today with my Mazda tribute – just wanted to say that its running great. It was a little sluggish on the acceleration before, but not now!! Just want say thank you and its good to know there are actually honest mechanics out there!!

I am pleased to take this opportunity to express my complete satisfaction with the excellent service provided to my husband and myself at your Rexdale location, operated by Jerry Compierchio. We have been customers for several years and have availed ourselves of the maintenance services as needed by our cars. I would like to commend Jerry and his staff on their professionalism, friendly manner and on how well they cope with the pressure of their trade. I especially appreciate Jerry taking the time to explain the problem(s) with my vehicle and the procedures taken to correct them. He has shown me great respect and always answers my questions regardless of how trivial they may be. I am confident in their ability to assess the problem(s) and attend to them properly. They always try to meet the required time for us to have our vehicles ready so that our obligations to work and other duties are always met. Jerry and his staff are great assets to the Master Mechanic franchise and we would not hesitate to recommend this location to family and friends.

Hi Joe, I wanted to send this note to let you know how very pleased I was with the service you and your team provided at the Niagara Falls Master Mechanic. As you know, I was distraught after returning from March break vacation to find that my car stalled coming over the border from Buffalo. It stalled again just outside Canadian Tire in Niagara Falls and when they refused to provide same day service, I called you.
You were most courteous on the phone and were willing to have one of your mechanics work overtime so I could be back at home in Woodbridge on the same day. Not only did you go out of your way to guarantee me same day service but you arranged someone to quickly have my vehicle towed and provided extra service on my battery as it was in dire need. All this for a package price that was far below what Canadian Tire would have charged me! I was thrilled with the services and the price was most competitive. You were very pleasant to talk to and extended a helping hand whenever needed. I felt safe and that all was in reliable hands with Master Mechanic. Your store outperforms any previous business I’ve dealt with and I wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

Josie and Team, Thank you for your hard work, honesty and superb service. As a female that has to rely on the expertise of the mechanic I bring my vehicle to, I appreciate your honesty and hard work. My car was fixed and ready for me all within a few hours, the team contacted me to let me know how things were going and called again when everything was ready to do. When I first called it was almost closing time and Josie still offered for me to bring my car in to see if it was still drivable (the engine light was on). You now have a loyal customer who will definitely recommend you to anyone who is looking for superb service by honest mechanics.
